What's happening at The Bridge?

PE: Prayer Event at The Bridge

Like physical fitness, spiritual fitness is an important part of life and involves activities which should be practiced regularly. Prayer is, of course, no exception to that rule.

We invite you to join us for our Prayer Event on Wednesday, July 28 at 7pm at The Bridge. Think of it as PE for your soul (we promise not to make you do any sit ups!). This will be a wonderful time of prayer and worship for individuals and families alike.

Global Leadership Summit

We are a host site for the Global Leadership Summit on August 5-6. Bridge attenders have been granted access to special pricing. If you're interested in that, email David here right away so we can get you registered. This is not a "Bridge event" but rather a leadership even that The Bridge is helping to facilitate. It is geared towards leaders of all kinds in private and public sectors. If you'd like more information on this event, check out their website here.

Nixa's Back to School Bash

Through the month of July, we are celebrating Christmas in July collecting (new!) Socks and undergarments for some Nixa students in need. This event is planning to serve 500 students ages 5 through 18, so any children's or adult sized items you purchase will be put to good use! You can bring your items to the church and place them under the Christmas tree in the lobby.

Semi-Annual Business Meeting

It's that time again!

We'll be having our semi-annual business meeting on Sunday, August 8th at 6pm.

We'll plan to enjoy some ice cream treats together afterward, as well!

Least of These Food Pantry

Least of These Food Pantry in Ozark is one of our local missions partners. In addition to collecting items they need for distribution, we have also committed to helping them at their food distribution event on the third Thursday of each month. We begin at 4:30pm, but if you need to come after work, we can still use your help. It really is as easy as pushing a grocery cart!

It is very helpful for them to know how many volunteers to prepare for, so if you plan to come (or if you have questions), please email Brittany Neely here so she can make sure you're on the list.
