Discipleship – process in growing in a relationship with Jesus.
Holy Spirit:
•Draws us to follow Jesus. John 16:7-11
oThe Holy Spirit reveals our sin and draws us to Jesus.
•Changes us into Jesus’ image. 2 Corinthians 3:17-18
oIt’s not our Job to fix people; it’s our job to love them. The Holy Spirit changes them from the inside out.
•Powers our partnership in Jesus’ mission. Acts 1:6-8
oThis was given to disciples of all times.
oMission is not something we do for God, it’s something we do with God
oGod put you where you are for a purpose.
