The Bridge Mission

Connecting people with Jesus to grow, serve, and share.
Mission – if you don’t know what your mission is, you won’t find the right methods to accomplish it.
Everything starts with being connected to Jesus.
Why is it important to grow? Matt 4:18-22
We can’t force ourselves to grow spiritually; it’s a work that comes from God. Growth and change is the work of God.
Our Part:
•We have to make a decision to follow Jesus.
a.He says ‘follow me’ because He wants a relationship with you.
God’s Part:
•Bring transformation from the inside out.
•He does the work from the inside out – a new heart, a new identity.
•As God changes us, we become more like Jesus.
•We are the ‘hands & feet’ of Jesus. His mission becomes our mission.
We as a church have a part:
•Matthew 28:16-20 to go make disciples, baptize and teach them
